Oh my, I can imagine how hard you worked Bonnie, I saw only adults and felt they work too hard! I am honor you like this painting.

Beautiful artwork here Clotilde. I did this as a child only it was cotton, corn, beans etc. It didn't kill us but it was hot, 10 hr days and very little pay. That was really too much work for a grownup much less a 9 yr old. Was better than having nothing to do though. And at night we had no trouble sleeping! I wouldn't want to go back though. V/F

I guess they do dear Darlene, and looked very hard work specially under the hot sun....I saw this scene when visiting in Idaho.

I love all the golden warmth! They look like they work real hard - I hope they make time to play too! Masterfully done as always dear Clotilde! fv :)

The chromatic palette of this painting simply takes my breath away. So luminous and bright..... I just love how you painted this life scene, dear Clotilde. f,v

Clotilde, I really appreciate these paintings ... there is a beauty in hard work ... I hope these people are happy ...
Clotilde Espinosa replied:
I am sure they get tired but happy to earn their living in a country where they have the opportunity to improve their lives....they are migrant workers I saw in Idaho Matt.
